I just read my post from last night. If I had a conversation with any of you during this weirdness, sorry. I’m still feeling really crazy from the medication. Jittery and speedy and horrible. Like I’m moving really fast. My pupils are dilated like you wouldn’t believe. I’m not ‘seeing sounds’ anymore though, and there’s no ‘music in the air’.
That was pretty bizarre.
I just read...

– Biblo Baggins, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of The Ring. The Long-Expected Party. (via mintolah)
WOAH wierd coincidence Josh totally quoted that at his party tonight when we made him do a speech!
Bros before Hos
I have always though of this as just a stupid saying and never given it much though but right now it sums up my life. I have been chasing after a girl for a while with no avail and just as I thought something may have happened a good friend of mine caugt her attention, so to speak, at my 18th birthday. Even though at this point I was beginning to move on this still obviously irritated me. I found...
Re: What to do tommorow?
Turns out I am going for lunch at Fog on greville street with my dad. Anticlimax but should be nice. If I can trust anyone on reasteraunts it is him!
What to do tommorow?
Tommorow I do not want to just sit around. I wan’t to take advantage of not celebrating christmas. Apparently the movies are open on Christmas day. Georgi suggest I hop churches and take the free lunches. Where is somewhere to go or something to do on christmas day that isn’t, well, christmas?

Silverchair’s Diorama. A very underrated album and probably their best. A gigantic leap from their old stuff. I wish some of the people who liked their old stuff, such as Frogstomp and Freak Show, had an appreciation for this album.
These guys are my favourite Australian band and I am glad I got back into them.
Diorama would be good if it didnt come after Neon Ballroom. That was by...

Free Range?
jehsface:
mintolah:
I’m pro for animal liberation, as I am slowly becoming vegetarian. But what I find stupid is the fact that companies sell their “products”, such as chicken “free range”, to make it seem more ethical.
Now, don’t get me wrong: I’m adamant about free range stuff, like eggs. That’s understandable and is a great idea. But I personally find it superfluous for companies to sell...

– Suicide is Painless (theme from M*A*S*H*) by Johnny Mandel
I was listening the the Lady and Bird version. A beautiful and sad yet somehow comforting song.
My Ideal Woman
I don’t have any perticular preferences about what they look like. It does nto even matter the specifics of how they act but my ideal woman would have one charecteristic. She would be a folk singer-songwriter. I have decided the sexiest thing in the world is when a girl does that croak-moan thing whilst sitting with her guitar and singing a folk song. The is nothing more sensual. Oh and if...
Chapel Street Bazaar...
…pretty much the best store ever.
After arriving an hour late to coffee with my friend Cassie she quite rightfully had left already so I thought i would take my birthday money to Chapel Street and check out the Op Shops. After visiting many and failing to find any mens belts or wonderfully tacky shirts although suceeding in discovering The Audrey’s music I ended up at the Chapel...
Meredith Music Festival, Boundless Extacy.
Yesterday I came back from the Meredith Music Festival. It is an anual 3 day camping event just outside of the small town of Meredith, between Geelong and Ballarat. The following is a diary of my exploits there including all the excitement and pain.
Travelling:
I slept over at my sisters house on the couch so my neck hurt a bit when i got up. Due to it being my birthday the previous night we had...
Ambitions of a Sellout
It seems to me the worst insult you can give an artist is to call them a sellout. Someone who has sacrificed their dream, originality or standards is basically the devil in the entertainment.
I, myself, think that a sellout is the perfect career for me. I love to perform whether it be acting or music and regardless if it is a great song or a bad song, a brilliant play or a hackneyed pantomime I...

Last night is one of the many reasons why i love not having plans. I hate planning a night. I seem to have a lot more fun just meeting up with friends and doing what ever we feel like.
Last night I met up with friends at Southland and saw a movie, this was the only part of the night that was planned. We went back to Jack’s place. Well me,...

I liked it.
The start and middle were beautiful. The climax was intense but didn’t effect me as much as I was hoping. The story was simple and complex at the same time. The style of the characters and the film in general was perfect. The acting from the main character Max was amazing for such a young actor.
I can’t really begin to try and explain the themes that...

Hate when people hate on Paramore.
It outrages me when someone hates on The Cure. How can anybody possible realy hate them.
